Tattooed Teenage Victim Identified In Rural Homicide Investgation

Mission, TX - Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office confirmed 19-year-old Cesar Eduardo Jaramillo as the victim presumed to have been shot in the head. 

According to a media release, Jaramillo was found at a home off Trey Leal Avenue located north of 7 Mile Line on Moorefield Road in rural Mission at around 2 a.m. Tuesday. Investigators say Jaramillo appears to have been shot in the head, a Justice of the Peace has ordered an autopsy.

Investigators attempted to identify Jaramillo based on his tattoos, One of the tattoos read “Sebastian”, and another read “Daniela”.
