Firefighters Across The Country Honor 4-Year-Old Who Died In Fire

SAN JUAN, Texas -

During house fire three children and their father died in McCormick County, South Carolina.

The family of James, 4, Jalissa, 3, Jordan, 1, and their dad Nathan made a small request that made a big impact in the fire service.

James Raugh, knew he wanted to be a firefighter one day so his family simply asked to take Raugh on duty, and that’s exactly what fire crews around the world did.

By writing on helmets, trucks and even schedule boards #JRaughOnDuty over the course of three days the response was overwhelming with support.

This kind gesture made it all the way to San Juan, Texas in which they would use #JRaughOnDuty on the fire truck.

James was on duty for three days and during the funeral hundredths attended to provide the family with support for the last call
