Dallas Man Indicted on Aggravated Sexual Assault at South Padre Island

SOUTH PADRE ISLAND, Texas - A Dallas area man who investigators say sexually assaulted and murdered two women is now linked to the rape here in the valley.

A published report says the Cameron County District Attorney's office has indicted 23-year-old Reginald Gerard Kimbro for Aggravated Sexual Assault.

Kimbro is accused of assaulting a woman at South Padre Island. The victim from Oklahoma was vacationing at an SPI resort.

Kimbro must first face a Capital Murder charge in Tarrant county. That's where investigators say he killed his first victim. 22-year-old Molly Matheson was found dead in her Fort Worth apartment. The April 10th slaying happened days before another murder in Plano, Texas.
